I’m excited to announce that SellerInvite is now Method Realty. Since 2008 we have been offering sellers and buyers more freedom, more choice and more opportunities to save and that continues today under our new brand.

I wanted to create a brand that better reflects all that we do. We continue to offer sellers two methods to sell their homes, and both methods now come with a premium option. 

We continue to allow buyers to connect directly with sellers if they are comfortable doing so, and with that comes the opportunity for sellers and buyers to save thousands in commissions.

And what hasn’t changed is our commitment to empowering all our clients to make better smarter buying and selling decisions. 

At the heart of our company is the Honest Home Evaluation. Whether you choose to sell by owner or have one of our experienced REALTORS® represent you, we will take the time to make sure you understand your homes true market value. 

We understand clearly that gimmicks will not sell a home. We understand clearly that a buyer doesn’t care what colour the sign is on your lawn. Buyers only care that your home meets their needs and that they can achieve it financially. 

So it is important that you choose an honest and experienced REALTOR® who is prepared to tell you what you need to hear to sell your home, not what you want to hear just to get it listed. 

Since 2008 we have sold almost 4000 homes in the Edmonton, Calgary and Lethbridge region, and we look forward to continuing on that path of success well into the future.
